Refund policy

We believe in our products 100%. We are trying our best every day to make you happy and put a smile on your face using our service but we understand that our IPTV subscription plans can’t work perfectly for everyone all time. If you are not happy with your purchase or you have an issue that we are unable to solve which makes the system unusable, we are more than happy to provide a refund.

How to make a request for a refund?

Please make a note of your transaction order ID with the subject: “Request for refund” and describe in your e-mail the issues you are facing and the reason for this request. For some reason, you have to send us proofs and we will send you proofs as well of our work and things we notice and have to show you too to explain our point of view and our decision better in more detail and more transparent.


We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us before your subscription is over in case of 1 month Plans.

Please be patient after your refund has been processed or your request has been taken because it takes 2-3 days to settle the transaction first and later it takes 3-5 business days to reflect the credit on your Bank account/Card.

Requests for Refund must be clear and acceptable

  • Before you buy, be sure to request a trial account. We have set up a trial account so that you can test it and if you are not satisfied, do not buy a long-term service.


  •  If your internet speed is slow, you will not be able to see and use our meniptv services and then request a refund.


  • The big meniptv team is always ready to respond 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and if you can’t set up the meniptv service on the devices you have for any reason, it won’t include refunds. Please see and learn the necessary tutorials on setting up iptv.


  • If you made a mistake in choosing the service and completed the payment, you can find a ticket in the support section entitled; Create then our support team will review it and accept and do the refund. ; Payment error; This means that you want to buy a 3-month service and have mistakenly chosen and paid for a year or less.


  •  If your account expires 7 days later, the refund request will not be accepted.

Most of the time, these issues are temporary and caused by the below reasons:

  • Customer internet fluctuations.
  • The issue with the box/apps/customer setup in general.
  • Your ISP has an issue.
  • Channel is down from the server end.
  • The customer change his/her mind and wanted to withdraw/switch between servers.
  • Server update/restart from our end (weekly performance necessary).

In case a user/customer can’t watch their IPTV subscription plan for 48 hours+ because Server Issue or any other problems caused by us and our end we will completely refund the package price or add all lost time on top of your subscription for free + some extra bonus we can negotiate together.
